Thanks for visiting my photoblog. The specific location for that photo - taken from a moving vehicle, BTW - is the US 222 Bypass bridge looking south; this is about halfway between Leesport and Reading. Until a few years ago there was a timber crib dam there creating a lake very popular with water skiers, but the state removed it rather than pay to keep it in repair.
Trained in economics and environmental science at the University of Virginia, worked in too many political campaigns to count them all, some bureaucrat jobs, construction, energy consulting, and a decade in law enforcement. Currently semi-retired and own a construction equipment rental business.

Is there a town or city close by? I grew up just outside Bernville, Pennsylvania, and this looks quite familiar.
