Barn being partly reconstructed with new steel beams, roof and siding - winter is still a busy season on the farm, a time for catching up on the work there isn't time to do when crops are taking up most of the hours left after dairy work which goes on year round. I'm not a farmer myself, but I try to keep this in mind when I do my grocery shopping. Farming is hard work, not very well-paid, and absolutely essential for our civilization.
